With over 15 years of experience supporting Wales’ third sector, Al brings a wealth of expertise to his role as Social Action Lead. His background covers a wide range of areas, such as supporting carers, individuals with learning disabilities and autism, hospital settings, and community development initiatives.

In his role, Al oversees the management and operation of our helplines, using data and digital tools to enhance their impact while prioritising a person-centred approach. His qualifications in agile project management and change management enable him to implement effective solutions that tackle social challenges and bridge the gap to essential resources.
