Mae <a href=\"https:\/\/www.promo.cymru\/?lang=cy\">ProMo-Cymru<\/a>, mewn partneriaeth \u00e2\u2019r <a href=\"https:\/\/www.molyouthservices.co.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Ministry of Life<\/a> (MoL), wedi bod yn gweithio gyda\u2019r t\u00eem yma i gynllunio a chyflwyno prosiect ymchwil dros gyfnod deg wythnos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Manylion y prosiect<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Roedd y prosiect yn ymchwilio blaenoriaethau, gwytnwch a gweledigaethau pobl ifanc y tu hwnt i\u2019r pandemig Covid-19. Ei fwriad oedd&nbsp; adnabod sut gall cyllid y Loteri Genedlaethol gael yr effaith mwyaf positif ar bobl ifanc yng Nghymru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Llwyddodd y t\u00eem PIYA gynnal 60 o gyfweliadau strwythuredig, 51 arolwg digidol ac 11 cyfweliad lled-strwythuredig \/ grwpiau ffocws.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Darganfyddiadau\u2019r prosiect<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Llwyddodd yr ymchwil amlygu prif flaenoriaethau pobl ifanc. Mae ciplun o\u2019r rhain yn cynnwys:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mynediad i gefnogaeth iechyd meddwl a llesiant o ansawdd<\/strong><br><em>\u201cMae iechyd meddwl yn chwarae rhan fawr ym mywydau pobl ifanc ac mae\u2019n cael effaith ar bopeth arall.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cael llais cyhoeddus a rhan yn gwneud penderfyniadau<\/strong><br><em>\u201cMae pobl ifanc yn aml yn cael eu rhoi o\u2019r neilltu fel rhai sydd ddim yn cymryd rhan.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Eu dyfodol \u2013 yn benodol cyfleoedd cyflogaeth a mynediad i dai<\/strong><br><em>\u201cMae bron yn amhosib gadael cartref, ac yn anoddach fyth i beidio gorfod rhentu am weddill dy oes.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Y celfyddydau \u2013 pryderon am effaith COVID-19 ar y theatr, cerddoriaeth a ffilm<\/strong><br><em>\u201cMae wedi newid o bopeth ar gael am ddim i orfod talu am wersi ac offerynnau.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yn ogystal \u00e2\u2019r them\u00e2u yma, roedd sawl mater arall oedd yn bwysig i bobl ifanc fu\u2019n rhan o\u2019r ymgynghoriad.
