Digital Development Officer & Helpline Advisor Advocate

Adam joined ProMo Cymru in 2024 as our Digital Development Officer & Helpline Advisor Advocate.

Adam has extensive experience working in the third sector and for digital organisations. Prior to joining ProMo, he worked for Citizens Advice, where he led a digital project aimed at making advice more accessible for people with mental ill health, by introducing new advice channels such as WhatsApp and Messenger.

Before this, Adam worked for a leading UK price comparison website, managing a team of executives with a primary focus on identifying barriers in the online customer journey and working with Product Development teams to build customer-first solutions.

Adam is a qualified mental health first aider and is passionate about using digital technology to make a positive difference for service users in the third sector.
