Welcome Marley

ProMo Cymru is delighted to welcome Marley Mussington to the team as our Business Intern.

Marley is an Events Management graduate who studied in Manchester until 2024. Throughout her time in Manchester, Marley successfully planned and executed a variety of events, demonstrating strong organisational skills and creativity. She gained valuable experience working at numerous events across the city, from international summits and business conferences to weddings and music festivals, refining her ability to thrive in dynamic, high-pressure environments.

In addition to her events experience, Marley has focused heavily on promotional work, designing marketing materials and creating engaging social media content to drive attendance and awareness. She also created her own event to raise money for the charity Venture Arts, showcasing her initiative and passion for supporting the community.

At ProMo Cymru, Marley is working across our Finance and HR department as a Business Intern, where she continues to develop her analytical abilities and understanding of business operations.

“I’m passionate about HR and finance because I believe these fields are essential to creating efficient and effective teams, which is especially important in events management,” says Marley.

“Understanding the financial side of projects and the human resources aspect of managing talent helps create smoother, more impactful events. I’m excited about the opportunity to learn and grow at ProMo, and I look forward to contributing more as I continue to settle into my role.”

Croeso to the team, Marley!
