Engagement Support Officer

Dean joined ProMo Cymru in 2011 as an Adviser Advocate on our helplines. He has lots of experience supporting individuals and had previously worked with asylum seekers and refugees before joining the ProMo team.  

In his current role as our Engagement Support Officer, he works with a range of organisations and professionals, providing support across several projects at ProMo—particularly through community engagement and assisting with initiatives at Ebbw Vale Institute.
