Sue, who joined ProMo in 2022, has experience in operations management with a successful history in retail and the third sector. Qualified in Leadership and Management, she has expertise in business development, policy writing, customer service, profit delivery, and people management. 

At ProMo, Sue supports operations and provides business functions, to ensure that we are a sustainable organisation that continues to grow our work with young people and communities across Wales and beyond.
