Swyddog Datblygu Digidol ac Eiriolwr Gynghorwr Llinell Gymorth

Ymunodd Adam â ProMo Cymru yn 2024 fel Swyddog Datblygu Digidol ac Eiriolwr Gynghorwr Llinell Gymorth.

Mae gan Adam brofiad helaeth yn gweithio yn y trydydd sector ac i sefydliadau digidol. Cyn ymuno â ProMo roedd yn gweithio i Cyngor ar Bopeth, yn arwain ar brosiect digidol gyda’r bwriad o sicrhau cyngor mwy hygyrch i bobl sydd ag iechyd meddwl gwael, gan gyflwyno sianeli cyngor newydd fel WhatsApp a Messenger.

Cyn hynny, roedd Adam yn gweithio i wefan cymharu prisiau arweiniol yn y DU, yn rheoli tîm o weithredwyr sydd yn canolbwyntio’n bennaf ar adnabod rhwystrau ar daith ar-lein eu cwsmeriaid a gweithio gyda thimau Datblygu Cynnyrch i greu datrysiadau cwsmer yn gyntaf.

Mae Adam wedi’i gymhwyso mewn cymorth cyntaf iechyd meddwl ac mae defnyddio technoleg ddigidol i wneud gwahaniaeth positif i ddefnyddwyr gwasanaeth yn y trydydd sector yn bwysig iddo.
