Helpline Operations Manager

Jo joined ProMo Cymru with over 25 years of experience of working with children and their families. Having initially qualified as a Primary School teacher, she also taught Welsh as a second language in secondary schools, in adult education and on a one-to one basis with adult learners. Alongside this, Jo was a Foster Carer – an experience that she describes as having changed her life for the better.

Seeking a new challenge Jo joined ProMo in 2015. Working as a Helpline Adviser Advocate, she relished the opportunity to help the community. Jo is now Helpline Operations Manager and looks forward to the challenge this role brings.
