Marley graduated with an Events Management degree in 2024. She has experience planning and executing various events, from international summits to music festivals, and created her own charity event supporting Venture Arts.

At ProMo Cymru, Marley works across our Finance and HR department, developing her analytical abilities and business operations understanding.

She is passionate about how these fields create efficient teams, which she believes is essential in events management.
