At ProMo Cymru, we understand the importance of having someone to listen, advise, and advocate for you.

We have over 10 years of experience providing confidential and anonymous helplines tailored to meet the unique needs of children, young people, and adults.

Our skilled advisers are dedicated to providing compassionate information, advice and advocacy. Whether you’re facing challenges with mental health, relationships, education, social services, or simply need someone to talk to, our advisers are here to listen and help.

Safeguarding is at the heart of our helplines, to ensure our staff and service users are safe.

We currently operate four helplines across Wales which offer a range of contact methods such as phone, text message, WhatsApp message and online chat to ensure that the support is accessible to all.
