Welcome Glain

ProMo Cymru is delighted to welcome Glain Hughes to the team as our Junior Welsh Content Writer.

Glain graduated from Aberystwyth University in 2023 with a degree in History and is currently studying for a Masters degree in Social and Public Policy from Cardiff University.

Glain gained valuable experience of working in the third sector in her previous role at GISDA, and she is interested in working within youth and community services.

“The first month at ProMo has been busy and really interesting. I knew a bit about their work before starting working here, but I hadn’t understood the scale of the work the team complete! It’s been great meeting the other staff and I’m looking forward to the rest of my time with ProMo.”

In her role as Junior Welsh Content Writer at ProMo, she will plan and create engaging bilingual content and contribute to the work of ProMo’s communication team.

Croeso to the team, Glain!
