Mae wedi darparu cymorth iechyd meddwl a lles i famau ifanc yng Nghymoedd De Cymru, wedi cyflwyno dosbarthiadau sgiliau bywyd i ddisgyblion sydd mewn perygl o gael eu gwahardd, ac wedi cynnal clybiau ar ôl ysgol. Mae hefyd wedi bod yn rhan o drefnu rhaglenni lles yn cefnogi oedolion bregus.
