Rheolwr Canolfan EVI

Mae Tim yn Rheolwr Canolfan yn Institiwt Glyn Ebwy (EVI). Gyda dros ddegawd o brofiad yn gweithio i ddau sefydliad anableddau, yn darparu gwybodaeth, cyngor, ac eiriolaeth, gan gynnwys rheoli tîm o Weithwyr Achos Budd-daliadau Lles.

Cyn hynny, treuliodd Tim ddegawd yn gweithio mewn adrannau Gwasanaethau Cymdeithasol, yn datblygu dealltwriaeth ddofn o’r anghenion cymorth yn y gymuned. Roedd Tim yn athro ar gychwyn ei yrfa a bu’n gweithio am ddwy flynedd mewn ysgol arbennig yng Nghaerdydd.

Yn EVI, mae Tim yn arwain ein gwasanaeth cyngor ac arweiniad, yn helpu i wirio budd-daliadau a chymorth costau byw. Mae hefyd yn arwain y prosiect Multiply, sydd yn helpu oedolion i ddatblygu sgiliau rhifedd er mwyn gallu rhoi cymorth i’w plant, a’u hunain. Yn ogystal â hyn i gyd, mae Tim yn cydlynu sawl prosiect arall a gweithrediadau cyffredinol yn EVI. Mae’n awyddus i ddefnyddio ei brofiad er budd y gymuned.
