Swyddog Cyfathrebu ac Ymgysylltu

Llwyddodd Lucy i dderbyn gradd mewn Llenyddiaeth Saesneg o Brifysgol Caerdydd yn 2022. Cychwynnodd ei pherthynas gyda ProMo Cymru gyda lleoliad profiad gwaith cyn iddi ddod yn aelod o staff llawn amser.

Mae Lucy yn angerddol am ddefnyddio cyfryngau cymdeithasol fel llwyfan i godi ymwybyddiaeth o’r materion sydd yn bwysig i bobl ifanc. Mae ganddi brofiad marchnata digidol, cyfathrebu a chreu cynnwys cyfryngau cymdeithasol, ac mae wedi cynnal sawl ymgyrch ar sianel TikTok y Sprout. Mae hyn yn cynnwys yr ymgyrch Pride Caerdydd: Mwy Na Mis gyda dros 3.6 miliwn wedi gwylio un fideo ar TikTok. Mae Lucy wedi bod yn rhan o’r prosiect Ein Meddyliau Ein Dyfodol hefyd.

Fel rhan o’i swydd mae’n creu cynnwys ysgrifenedig a fideo deniadol i bobl ifanc ar ein sianeli cyfryngau cymdeithasol, mynychu digwyddiadau cyhoeddus a phroffesiynol a chysylltu gyda phobl ifanc wyneb-i-wyneb ac ar-lein.
