Media Production Manager

Augustė is a Media Production Manager with over nine years of experience delivering impactful digital and physical media across Wales’s Third and Public sectors. She leads the development of content across a range of formats, including video, animation, graphic design, visual storytelling, and branding.

She has worked with organisations such as Public Health Wales, WCVA, Cwmpas, Disability Wales, Social Care Wales managing projects from concept through to delivery.

Augustė has in-depth experience co-designing content with young people and communities, supporting them to share their stories and amplify their voices. She also delivers accredited media training, helping build skills and confidence in creative practice.

Her work involves overseeing creative direction, coordinating production processes, and ensuring outputs are engaging, inclusive, and accessible to diverse audiences.
