Head of Communications and Engagement

As Head of Communication and Engagement at ProMo, Cindy has successfully overseen projects valued at up to £1.5 million, showcasing her expertise in managing complex, high-impact programmes.

Cindy brings extensive experience in youth work and communications, holding the Level 3 Certificate in Youth Work Practice and postgraduate qualifications in journalism and management from Cardiff University and Cardiff Metropolitan University.  

She leads and develops teams to execute high-quality, innovative projects and services. She brings a proven track record in project management, performance monitoring and meaningful co-designing with young people and the wider community.
