Cindy leads the different teams within ProMo Cymru in developing and delivering quality, innovative projects and services.  

She’s an experienced Project and Operations Manager in the voluntary sector with a track record in project management, monitoring, strategic communications, and staff and community engagement.   

Cindy excels in promoting effective performances by individuals and teams and encourages building skills and capacity to support individual and organisational growth. She develops, nurtures and inspires the team, including developing and maintaining staff wellness initiatives. She also supports line managers with hiring and onboarding new recruits who share the same values and commitment as ProMo.
