Nathan is an experienced Service Designer, having delivered numerous projects across the third and public sectors.

He worked with Public Health Wales to develop a sexual health tool which reduced triage time from 2 hours to 48 seconds.

Nathan led on ‘Digital in The Third Sector’ Discovery report, which was launched by Jane Hutt MS, resulting in the creation of the Welsh Government-funded Newid service.
