Helpline Adviser Advocate with Meic and ProMo Cymru Social Action Team (full-time, part-time, sessional, trainee)

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Helpline Adviser Advocates. You’ll be a champion for children, young people, vulnerable adults, parents, and carers.

What you’ll do:
- Deliver rights-based, person-centred services to children, young people, vulnerable adults, parents, carers, and professionals
- Provide information, advice, advocacy support, and other assistance via phone, email, text, instant message and WhatsApp
- Work with individuals to make positive changes based on informed decisions, and improve confidence and resilience
- Forge meaningful connections between individuals, resources, and services
- Ensure purposeful working relationships and a positive team influence

Location: Cardiff office and/or home-based
Salary: £21,840 – £29,600 (Under Review)
